Spring Lake Wines

	Riesling Varallo Estate Riesling, 2009 - Smooth, Semi-Sweet, Full-bodied, hints of citrus.
	Old Vine Zinfandel - SOLD OUT Rich but light, this Old Vine Zin will cling to your taste buds. French oaked, the structure of the wine shows complexity, combining wild black cherries with butternut squash. The long lasting and smooth finish is attributed to the maturity of the old vine. Serve at cellar temperatures with seasoned fish and red meat.
	Pink Minx Minx (n): A cheeky, flirtatious, mischeivous girl. Synonyms: Flirt, Coquette, Hussy, Jade, Tease, Vamp, Saucy, Scheming, Floozy, Jezebel. A medium-bodied sweet rose with hints of cherry, raspberry, and caramel flavors. Great for hot summer nights by the lake!
	Merlot Vibrant, floral and earthy, expressing mocha and fancy wild berries. Full-bodied with controlled tannins and a long, mellow finish. Delicate floral aromas with enough spicy intensity to make this a wonderful accompaniment to gamey meats from the grill or a bold sauce. Best enjoyed at cellar temperatures.
	Cabernet Sauvignon Full-bodied and upfront, expressing ripe mouth coating currant, cherry and fancy berry aromas. Tannins are controlled and the finish is balanced. A very easy-going, approachable red that is perfect with grilled or roasted meats and dark chocolate. Best enjoyed at cellar temperature.
	Gewurztraminer - SOLD OUT This beguiling Gewurztraminer has a stunning bouquet of apricot, pear, and banana. The unctuous dry palate is nicely balanced with bracing acidity. The wine pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled spicy sausage, as well as a nice ripe blue cheese such as gargonzola. Serve chilled.
	Chardonnay - SOLD OUT Rich, lively, and finishing delicately with hints of citrus, green apple, pear, and a delicious array of earthy mineral flavours. This delicious wine is a perfect expression of the Napa Valley fruit from which it is made. You’ll find this bright, full-bodied white wine perfect with cream or butter-based sauces, seafood or any white meat from the grill. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
